Founded in 1982, Yugantar Education Society (YES) is one of the oldest voluntary social service organizations in Central India, dedicated to promoting education and healthcare among the masses. Since its inception, the Society has established a wide network of institutions including primary and high schools, colleges, hostels for boys and girls, and healthcare facilities, even during the pre-independence era.

Today, under the leadership of Mr. Kalash R.Tirpude and Smt. Vanitatai Tirpude, the Society continues to grow and expand with reputed institutions such as Tirpude Nursing College, Tirpude College of Social Work, Tirpude Institute of Management Education, Tirpude Hospital, Tirpude Blood Bank, and several hostels.

Tirpude Nursing College offers Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing), General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), and Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM) programs, all introduced from September 2024 and approved by the Government of Maharashtra, Indian Nursing Council, Maharashtra Nursing Council, and Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. Located in the heart of the city at Chalk Colony, Kamptee Road, Indora, the institute has a well-developed infrastructure as per Indian Nursing Council norms, including spacious classrooms, a well-equipped library, and specialized laboratories such as Nursing Foundation, Community Health Nursing (CHN), Nutrition, Pre-Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatric, and Computer labs, ensuring a comprehensive learning environment for students.
