General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) – 3 Year Diploma Course

It is expected that GNM graduates are capable of delivering comprehensive nursing care in hospitals and community settings, assisting in treatment, and supporting healthcare teams effectively.

Duration: 03 years full time
Board Recognition: Diploma awarded by Maharashtra Nursing Council, Mumbai
Intake: 40
Medium of Instruction: English

Eligibility:

Passed 12th (10+2) with Science (PCB) or Arts/Commerce stream with minimum 40% marks. Preference may be given to Science students as per norms.

Admission Criteria

Age Limit: Minimum 17 years
Admission Through: As per Government / Competent Authority guidelines

Fees:

As per Fees Regulatory Authority (FRA), Maharashtra State

Assessment:

As per norms by Indian Nursing Council and Maharashtra Nursing Council. Internal and Board examinations will be conducted. Standard of passing is 50% marks.

Practical Training & Affiliations

Practical Training: Students must undergo hospital and community clinical training as prescribed with 100% attendance.

Certification & Registration:
